PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a premixed compression self-igniting engine having a stable combustion state without an abrupt rise of a cylinder internal pressure due to abnormal combustion such a knocking and capable of preventing damage of the engine. SOLUTION: In the premixed compression self-igniting engine, air (Air) and a fuel (Fg) are supplied into a cylinder (3a), and a mixture (Gp) of the air (Air) and the fuel (Fg) inside the cylinder (3a) are compressed and self-ignited. It is composed so as to generate a non-uniform distribution state inside the cylinder (3a) to slow down combustion.
