PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To create a multiple dwelling house with a sense of detachedness for each dwelling unit by increasing the openness of each balcony and each living room of the multiple dwelling house. SOLUTION: A trapezoidal balcony formed by wall face lines of 45 degrees is formed at each balcony and each living room of the multiple dwelling house comprising rectangular living rooms, to create new zigzag living-room and balcony spaces.
