ROOF TRIM FOR VEHICLE, MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF AND MOLDING DIE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roof trim for a vehicle at a low cost by simplifying a manufacturing process. SOLUTION: A roof trim body 1 is installed at the inside of a roof panel of the vehicle for interior finishing of a ceiling surface in a cabin. Vent opening parts 2 and 3 for injecting air into the cabin, and an air supply opening part 4 communicating with an air supply vent hole on a vehicle body frame are provided on the roof trim body 1. An air-conditioning air duct 10 is fixed on the back surface of the roof trim body 1 facing the inside of the roof panel so as to cover the vent opening parts 2 and 3 and the air supply opening part 4. The air-conditioning air duct 10 is fixed by heat welding to the roof trim body 1 by simultaneously molding the roof trim body 1 with the air-conditioning air duct 10 in a condition that the roof trim body 1 is heated and softened.
