PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular rear wiper control device capable of relaxing the operation load of an operator and automatically securing rear visibility by automatically operating a rear wiper in response to front wiper operation when a vehicle is running on an upward slope. SOLUTION: When a rear wiper control means 3 determines that the vehicular uphill state of a predetermined angle or more continues for a specified period by obtaining a signal from a front wiper operation detection means 1 showing the operation of the front wiper in progress and a signal of an inclination detection means 2, it controls a rear wiper driving means 4 to automatically operate the rear wiper. The automatic operation of the rear wiper executed at that time is, for instance, an operation for carrying out a specified number of continuous wipes, thereafter carrying out an intermittent wiping action for a specified period and then automatically stopping it.
