METHOD FOR MEASURING RECEIVING SENSIBILITY OF MULTI-FA BASE STATION

PURPOSE: A method for measuring the receiving sensibility of a multi-FA(Frequency Assignment) base station is provided to test receiving characteristics about all FAs of a base station having a plurality of FAs using one test terminal. CONSTITUTION: A controller sets an RF switch by the first sector among multi-sectors(S1). A test terminal is tuned to a primary FA for receiving a channel list among base station information included in a paging channel transmitted from a base station and transmitting the channel list to the controller(S2). The controller controls a terminal so that the terminal designates and tunes the primary FA(S3) and maintains call transmission setup and call state(S4). A power control by the base station is performed in the call state, and the controller measures receiving sensibility(S5). If the measurement of the receiving sensibility is completed, the controller transmits a call release command to the terminal(S6) and confirms whether all FAs are measured(S8). If the last FA is measured, the control unit confirms whether a last sector is measured(S10). If the last sector is measured, the controller stops the all measurements.
