PURPOSE: Provided is a method for providing a controlling chemicals by spraying method, thereby preventing precipitation of chemicals and spraying it without air pressures. CONSTITUTION: The method for providing a controlling chemicals is characterized by providing an undiluted solution of a controlling chemicals in an undiluted solution container(1) through a pipe(4) to a chemicals container(2) by a motor(P) and simultaneously providing tap water from a tap water pipe(3); and providing a partial controlling chemicals to nozzles(15, 15', 15'') equipped to a controlling chemicals providing pipe by switching a valve switches(6, 10, 11) on or off by a controller(5) and a control panel(CP) and flowing a partial controlling chemicals backward to the chemicals container(2) through a backward flow pipe(8) by a motor pump(M.P).
