<p>This invention relates to a shapable prepreg comprising fibers and a polymeric matrix. The polymeric matrix is a multiphase matrix comprisinga first matrix component consisting of a monomer or a dendrimer, anda second matrix component consisting of high molecular weight organic molecules, said second matrix component forming a sticky membrane of the prepreg with an interpenetrating polymer network (IPN) bonding to the first matrix component.
