PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent bottles from being caught by belts when discharging the bottles from a belt conveyor for bottle separation. SOLUTION: The bottle separator has the first endless belt 42 and the second endless belt 43. The first endless belt 42 and the second endless belt 43 are so arranged as to make the edges on one side facing each other in parallel lower than the edges on the other side. A bottle separating spacing 44 which allows the passage of the bottles W1 of the size to be separated but obstructs the passage of the bottles W2 of the sizes greater than the same is formed between the edges on one side of both belts 42 and 43. The conveyance route terminals of both belts 42 and 43 are respectively wound around a pair of rollers 122 having the end faces disposed to face each other across the bottle separating spacing 44. The end face of either one of both rollers 122 is fitted with a bottle delivery wheel 121 coaxially the roller 122.
