PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crane game machine which allows players to maintain interests in game. SOLUTION: The crane game machine is provided with a table (3) for placing a number of prizes (4) thereon, a crane (5) having a plurality of claws (6) for catching prizes (4), a drive mechanism which makes the claws (6) of the crane (5) catch the prize (4) according to the operation by the players, torsion springs (41 and 42) and gears (34 and 38) that enable automatic change in grasping force of catching prizes (4) by the claws (6) of the crane (5), a CPU (53) which drives the springs and gears to vary the grasping force of the claws (6), a stepping motor (26) and a drive gear (28).
