PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concentrated oxygen supplier by which concentrated oxygen supply time is decided at all times corresponding to the current health conditions and easy self-diagnosing is possible. SOLUTION: The concentrated oxygen supplier 1 is constituted of a concentrated oxygen manufacturing means 21 capable of providing the concentrated oxygen of the concentration of a prescribed range by the oxygen flow rate of the prescribed range, a blood oxygen concentration measuring means 22 capable of measuring a blood oxygen concentration and a control means 23 for deciding the operation time of the concentrated oxygen manufacturing means 21, the concentration of the oxygen to be provided and the oxygen flow rate corresponding to the measured blood oxygen concentration from the oxygen concentration measuring means 22, setting the concentrated oxygen manufacturing means 21 so as to provide the concentrated oxygen by the decided oxygen concentration and oxygen flow rate and controlling an operation by the decided operation time.
