PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide pickles jelly enjoyable as a dish of good dishes, also eatable with fresh flavor even in the form of 'Chazuke' or the like. SOLUTION: This pickles jelly is obtained by forming pickles to a jelly-like solid with an aqueous gelatinizer solution; this pickles jelly is such that the weight ratio of the pickles to jelly part is (10:90) to (30:70) and the salt content of the jelly part is <=2 wt.%; and the gelatinizer to be used is recommended to be based on polysaccharides. |
