PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To continuously perform warming/roasting treatment and well-boiling treatment in the same cooking container. SOLUTION: This device consists of a cooking container 1 for housing food material, a bottom heating means 3 capable of heating the side of the bottom 21 of the container 1 with high frequency induction, gas or superheated team, a side part heating means 5 capable of heating the container 1 on a side upper than the means 3 by supplying steam to a jacket 33 provided at a position on a side upper than the container 1 with respect to the means 3, and a control means 7 which makes the means 3 operate to heat the side of the bottom 21 of the container 1 to warm/roast the food material in the container and makes the means 3 and the means 5 operate to well-boil the warmed/roasted food material within the same container 1. The warming/roasting treatment and well-boiling treatment are performed in the same cooking container 1 continuously. |
