<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a metallic sheet which is uniformly cooled regardless of thickness and width and excellent in its flatness by eliminating the temperature deviation in the longitudinal and width directions of the metallic sheet in a dipping type cooling system for metallic sheets. SOLUTION: In addition to slit nozzles 3, 4 for jetting liquid for preventing cooling water in a cooling tank from flowing out on the metallic sheet 1 on the inlet and outlet of the cooling tank of the cooling apparatus 100 for metallic sheets 1, liquid removing plates 11, 12 for removing remaining liquid on the metallic sheet 1 are installed outside slit nozzles 3, 4 on the inlet and outlet sides.</p> |
