PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easily carriable chain joint apparatus which can provide excellent work efficiency. SOLUTION: The apparatus consists of a tool body 1, a firs claw body 4 provided freely slidably on the tool body 1, a fixing body 6 for fixing the first claw body 4, a second claw body 5 provided freely slidably on the tool body 1, and a claw driving mechanism 7 for moving the second claw body 5 forwards and backwards.
