PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cyclone which is capable of improving dust collection efficiency without increasing an overall height and without increasing pressure drop. SOLUTION: The cyclone having a cylindrical section 1 into which gas containing powder is introduced and a cone section 2 which is integrally connected to the bottom end of this cylindrical section 1 and collects and discharges the separated powder is formed with the top end of the cone section 2 connected to the bottom end of the cylindrical section 1 so as to be larger in the diameter than the diameter of the cylindrical section 1.
