PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly and reliably clean an entire observation port forming an endoscopic observation means simply by mounting a nozzle in a manner that may not limit an endoscopic observation visual field and jetting a cleaning fluid of a small quantity from the nozzle as a second mounting portion is located before a first mounting portion composed of a slope portion in which the endoscopic observation means is provided. SOLUTION: A first mounting portion S composed of a slope portion going down forward from a halfway position of the outside periphery and to which an endoscopic observation means 10 is mounted is formed in a leading hard portion 3c in an insertion portion 3, a second mounting portion C that is upwardly curved and to which an ultrasonic detection means 11 is mounted is formed in front of the first mounting portion S, a nozzle 22 to clean an observation port 12 is provided in a tilted plane portion P on the base side of the second mounting portion C, and a cleaning fluid jets from a jet opening 22a from the direction forming an angleαwith the observation port 12.
