PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide throwaway pants in which a large deep rib does not appear in a body fit portion 57 and there is no stiff feeling while using nonwoven cloth and paper in the body by improving the fact that in a conventional throwaway pants in which nonwoven cloth and paper are used in the body, a large rib (unevenness) is formed in the body fit portion 57, there is a stiff feeling, and moreover, the silhouette of a rib is reflected on the outside of trousers or the like which are worn on the outside to be poor looking and, on the other hand, in a woven and knitted pant, the silhouette of a rib is hard to be reflected on the outside of trousers or the like, but it is expensive. SOLUTION: An elastic thread 18 for the body is arranged in a surrounding direction with being sandwiched between an armored member 14 on the front side and an armored member 15 on the back side at 1 to 5 mm intervals in a body fit portion 57 of a throwaway pants 10. A fine gather whose pitch is about 3 mm or less and which is longitudinal in a vertical direction is formed in all the area of the body fit portion 57.
