PURPOSE: A protective device against sliding of shoes is provided to help a user to safely walk on a slippery road such as an icy road or a snow covered road as well as a general road. CONSTITUTION: The protective device against sliding of shoes is comprised of a guide hole(7) formed in an outsole(6) of the shoes; a fixing and support plate(8) constructed to have a punching portion(11) at a same position with the guide hole; a guide rod(20) fixed in the punching portion of the fixing and supporting plate and the guide hole of the outsole; a projection(18) movable up and down with being fitted in the guide rod; and a moving upper plate fitted to the fixing and supporting plate so as to be moved forward and backward and having a member(30) to move the projection up and down.
