SUBSTANCE: invention relates to novel derivatives of 5H-pyrano[2,3-d:6,5-d]dipyrimidine of the general formula (I) showing an antibacterial, antiviral and immunomodulating effect. In compounds of the general formula (I) radical have the following values: R1 is taken among the group hydroxy-group, mercapto-group, halogen atom; R2 is taken among the group: hydroxy-group, lower alkoxy-group, halogen atom; R3 is taken among the group: hydrogen atom, phenyl or phenyl substituted with halogen atom or nitro-group. Compounds are preferable where: R1 = R2 is OH; R3 is 4-O2NC6H4 (I); R1 = R2 is Cl; R3 is C6H5 (II); R1 = R2 is OH; R3 is 4-J-C6H4 (III); R1 = R2 is OH; R is H (IV); R1 is OH; R2 is OCH3; R3 is 4-O2NC6H4 (V); R1 = R2 is OH; R3 is 4-Cl-C6H4 (VI); R1 = R2 is OH; R3 is 4-Br-C6H4 (VII); R1 is SH; R2 is OH; R3 is 4-Cl-C6H4 (VIII); R1 is SH; R2 is OH; R3 is 4-O2NC6H4 (IX).
