PROCESSING TIP AND SAW BLADE, GRINDING WHEEL, AND CORE DRILL HAVING THE SAME

PURPOSE: A processing tip and a saw blade, a grinding wheel and a core drill having the same are provided to improve the life span of the tool and precisely perform the cutting, grinding and perforating processes by uniformly distributing ultra abrasives. CONSTITUTION: A matrix(10) has an elongated shape and includes an ultra abrasive consisting of high hardness material and an adhesive in the form of a metal powder. The ultra abrasive and the adhesive are uniformly mixed and sintered so that the matrix(10) is formed. The matrix(10) forms a processing tip(100) together with a frame in the form of a segment. The frame is disposed between the matrixes such that both side ends of the matrix(10) are exposed and a distance between the matrixes(10) is constantly maintained. The matrix(10) is arranged along a length of the frame.
