VOLTAGE CONTROLLED OSCILLATOR WITH TWO STAGES MULTI-CHAINED CIRCUIT STRUCTURES

PURPOSE: A voltage controlled oscillator with two stages multi-chained circuit structures is provided to perform a broadband operation frequency and improve a phase noise property by performing a multiple combination structure of a two-level voltage control oscillator. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of differential delay tap(301-304) receive a first differential input and a second differential input, perform a delay for a time in response to a voltage control signal, and generate a first differential output and a second differential output. A delay tap is connected with an adjacent delay tap mutually in a ring shape. A plurality of loop(305-307) connect an output end with an input end of each differential delay tap(301-304) like a chain.
