PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To certainly prevent chemical liquid from flowing into a water treatment pipe from a chemical liquid supply pipe during sampling treated water in a water treatment apparatus, wherein the chemical liquid supply pipe for restoring the function of the water treatment is connected to the water treatment pipe on a way in a branched state. SOLUTION: In the water treatment apparatus wherein the chemical liquid supply piping 14 for restoring the function of the water treatment means is connected to the treated water piping 13 of the water treatment means 10 on the way thereof in the branched state, two on-off valves V1 and V2 are provided to the chemical liquid supply piping 14 and a branch pipe 15 having an on-off valve V3 is connected to the part 14' between two on-off valves of the chemical liquid supply piping.
