PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a golf club head set which prevents the loss of the continuity of the centroid positions of the heads of a driver and metallic hollow golf clubs, such as fairway woods, exclusive of the driver even if the upsized driver head is used and which consequently enables a player to use both of the driver and the fairway woods without being conscious of the differences between both. SOLUTION: This golf club head set consists of the golf club heads which vary in shaft numbers and of which the centroid distance GL (mm) satisfies the following relation (A) when the shortest distance from the shaft axis of each golf club head to the centroid position of the head is defined as the centroid distance GL (mm) and the centroid distance of the driver as DGL (mm): GL=-1×(shaft number)+1+(DGL±1.5)...(A).
|
