PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide health footwear which makes it possible to spontaneously straighten one's back and walk in good posture by wearing it, and can be manufactured easily. SOLUTION: A footwear bottom (2) is formed by being bent beforehand so that a front part (2a) of a sole contacting area on a insole of the footwear is curved upward. Then, a covering member (3) is provided on an upper face of the footwear bottom (2) to integrally and totally cover a periphery of the foot, wherein the covering member (3) comprises a tiptoe member (4) for covering a tiptoe part of a foot, an upper member (5) for covering an instep, a quarter member (6) for covering a heel, and a quarter lining part (7) for covering the rear of the heel. Thereby, the health footwear (1) is formed. The health footwear (1) is worn so that the toe part of the foot (A) is curved upward by a bent and curved shape of the footwear bottom. Thereby, a part from the sole to the Achilles tendon, the calf, the back of the knee, and the back of the thigh is tightly stretched so that good posture, in which an upper body is naturally erected and the back is straight, is maintained at the time of walking, which contributes to maintain and increase health.
