PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method which is preferable in terms of operation and sanitation and produces rice bran for rice milling, with which high-quality wash- free rice can be produced and to obtain rice bran for rice milling. SOLUTION: This method for producing rice bran for rice milling, useful for producing wash-free rice by adding the rice bran to raw material rice comprises a process (fine separation process) 4 for adjusting the particle size of raw material rice bran and a process (heat sterilization process) 8 for sterilizing defatted raw material rice bran by heating. |
