PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique which prevents a user from being exposed to the electromagnetic waves emitted from transmission and substation facilities and domestic electrical appliances as far as possible during sleeping and is capable of cost effectively providing bedding. SOLUTION: This bedding has a bed body and an electromagnetic wave protection sheet forming at least a ceiling section 1 and a floor section 2 of a local space capable of nearly fully housing a bed body 10 or a mat 12 by having a proper allowance above the same. The floor section 2 is formed in a recessed shape having a prescribed depth and the ceiling section into a barrel shape, and a wall section 6 consisting of the electromagnetic wave protection sheet is extended from the floor section to the ceiling section on one side in the long-size directions of the bed body or mat in the local space V.
