PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide rubber-soled socks capable of preventing the joint portions thereof from being worn away or broken off, improving water-proof performance and adjusting the centers of gravity when protectors are attached to the tiptoe portions thereof. SOLUTION: These rubber-soled socks formed by attaching uppers 1 to soles 2 comprise midsoles 3 provided between the uppers and the soles with the side edges 3B thereof exposed outside. The midsoles are made of an elastic material substantially the same in shape as the soles and have a predetermined thickness.
