PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dust collecting paper bag for a vacuum cleaner, having high sticking property when attached to the vacuum cleaner, easily scrapped without classified collection and having small load to environment after scrapped. SOLUTION: This dust collecting paper bag 100 for the vacuum cleaner has a dust collecting paper bag body 1 having an opening part and formed of a filter material formed in bag shape; a support body formed at the opening part and having a lead-in port 3 for leading in dust; and seal packing 8 arranged around the lead-in port 3. The seal packing is formed of a plastic material mainly composed of biodegradable resin.
