PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently perform sterilization with saved power when an electrolytic sterilization vessel is installed for sterilization in a reclaimed water facility which recovers recyclable water such as bathtub wastewater or rain water to clean and sterilize the recyclable water and supplies the treated water to various users as reclaimed water. SOLUTION: The recyclable water such as wastewater of a low degree of fouling such as bathtub wastewater and rain water is recovered to the vessel part 10 of the reclaimed water facility to be cleaned and sterilized, and the treated water is stored as reclaimed water to be supplied to various uses. The electrolytic sterilization vessel 22 is installed in the vessel part 10, and a water storage tank 24 is installed downstream from the vessel 22. Water containing a sterilizing agent generated by electrolysis in the vessel 22 is introduced into the tank 24. Rain water is introduced into the tank 24 without passing through the vessel 22, in which the rain water is sterilized.
