PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for discharging disposed waste from a garbage disposer wherein its chute through which the disposed waste flows down from the overflow port of a fermentation tank is prevented from the clogging. SOLUTION: In a garbage disposer wherein the garbage to be disposed of in a fermentation tank is transferred to one side of the tank under fermentation with agitation by means of an agitation transfer tool, is allowed to flow down from the overflow port, and allowed to fall into a recovery tray through a chute, a stagnation preventing device in engagement with the chute is provided for forcedly allowing the stagnant disposed waste to flow out of the chute. The dispose is also adapted so that the device may operate only when the disposed waste flows out or may operate when the sensor detects stagnation.
