PURPOSE: Provided is a gum composition for removing nicotine which converts nicotine into cotinine in the living body and reduces risk of cancer. CONSTITUTION: A gum composition for removing nicotine is characterized by comprising 0.01-10 wt.% of an active ingredient for removing nicotine, 50-89 wt.% of saccharide and 10-40 wt.% of gum base. The active ingredient for removing nicotine is selected from the mixed extract of green tea, mulberry leaf, ginkgo, licorice root, Citrus nobilis, apple, lemon and celery, quercetin, epigallocatechin gallate, and catechin.
