PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a training tool by which even the bending sensation of an actual ski or snowboard or the like can be felt. SOLUTION: This training tool 1 is provided with a training tool main body 10 freely detachably attached to the lower surface of the snowboard 5 for floating it from a ground surface and supporting it. The lower surface of the training tool main body 10 is formed into a convex surface for which the center part of the training tool main body 10 is raised and the end part is lowered viewing from the front or back of the advancing direction of the snowboard. A trainee 6 on the snowboard 5 appropriately tilts the snowboard 5 to the left and right and bodily feels the sensation of a turn or the like. The bending sensation of the actual snowboard and the hardness and softness of the board can be felt as well and also the changeover of an edge and the successive cutting back of fine turns, etc., can be bodily felt.
