PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shaking separator for a threshing unit ameliorated respectively in malseparation due to cloggings of a shaking separation shelf sieve in the threshing unit and unfavorablenesses due to cloggings or the like of a dust discharge treatment cylinder. SOLUTION: This shaking separator for a threshing unit has a construction characterized by that above a shaking separation shelf 3 for making a shaking separation of a threshed product below the discharge port 2a of a threshing chamber 2 internally equipped with a threshing cylinder 1 for threshing grain culms, auxiliary separation shelves 4 each comprising a conveyance shelf 4a undergoing shaking with the separation shalf 3 as a unit, a chaff sieve 4b and a straw rack 4c are set up in two tiers, and an appropriate area on the rear side of a dust discharge treatment chamber 6 internally equipped with a dust discharge treatment cylinder 5 disposed on one side of the threshing cylinder 1 for making a dust discharge treatment of a threshed product is served as a discharged dust-receiving net 7 and faced on the shaking separation shelf 3 located thereunder and the rear end of the dust discharge treatment chamber 6 is released as a discharge port 6a.
