PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an packing/applying device of a cosmetic product which has advantages such as excellent carrying performance and easier application without staining fingers. SOLUTION: This device includes a first part 20 and a second part 30 which forms a closed space 50 together with the first part 20 under a closed state. The second part 30 is mounted on an applicator 40 which is made compressible at least partially to absorb the product, the applicator 40 is so arranged as to be compressed at least partially into the space 50 under the closed state, and can house substantially all of the product housed in a device 10 after slackened each time the device 10 is opened.
