PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixed type oven capable of shortening a baking time as compared with a conventional one even when the heating value of a heater is equivalent. SOLUTION: In an oven equipped with a baking bed 11 for laying a dough of food such as bread and heaters 10, 15 for baking by heating the dough in a baking chamber 3, a flowing device for flowing air in the baking chamber 3 is installed to provide the oven.
