PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent entanglement of a chain, occurrence of scattering of feeder, excreta, etc., when an animal or a pet is moored outside a house or in a room and eliminate lack of exercise. SOLUTION: This rotating apparatus for mooring the pet is obtained by increasing the height of a position for mooring with an L-shaped steel pipe pole, covering a support with the steel pipe, thereby rotating the apparatus through 360 deg. and providing a demountable function.
