PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the hydrogen permeation performance of a hydrogen permeation module by increasing the surface area of a hydrogen permeable film in the same volume. SOLUTION: In a hydrogen permeable structure, the hydrogen permeable film is formed on the surface of a porous support. The surface area of the film in a given volume can be increased by making the outside shape of the cross section of the support uneven.
