PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roll paper delivery device which is capable of delivering roll paper with one hand and capable of surely and neatly cutting the roll paper. SOLUTION: This roll paper delivery device is constituted by installing a delivery rubber roller 7 on a shaft turnably forward alone by means of a knob handle 8 with a detent pawl 9 to the forward top end of a roll box body 1 which is opened at a front 1a, is provided with a roll putting-in and out hole 2 at one side surface 1b, is horizontally projectingly provided with a roll core shaft 3 on the inner wall of another sidewall 1b and is pivotally supported with the rear end of an opening/closing cover 4 integrally provided with a cutting blade 5 and a roll retaining side plate 6 so as to face downward at one side edge to the front end of the top surface 1d.
