PURPOSE: A method for producing a natural pine mushroom sauce is provided, therefore the natural pine mushroom sauce has distinct flavor and taste of natural pine mushroom. CONSTITUTION: The method for producing a natural pine mushroom sauce comprises the steps of: mixing 62.5% of water, 20.25% of a soy sauce, 2.75% of onions, 3.5% of radishes, 4.5% of pears, 2.25% of garlic, 2.25% of ginger and 2% of Wesh onions, heating the mixture at 100 deg. C for 5 to 20 minutes, and filtering the mixture to prepare a solvent for producing a sauce; and dipping a frozen natural pine mushroom in the prepared solvent and heating it in a pressure cooker for 5 to 10 minutes, in which the salt concentration of the solvent is 5 to 7%. |
