PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simultaneously realize high leukocyte removability and a high average processing speed, to obtain a high recovery rate of useful blood components, and to reduce the damage that the useful blood components suffers when removing the leukocytes which are the cause for the side effect of transfusion from a leukocyte containing liquid, in a leukocyte-removing filter device having a layer-like filter material including a porous element layer with a fiber structure to pour a leukocyte containing liquid from the upper side of the filter material and recover the filtered liquid down to the lower layer. SOLUTION: The layer of porous element having the fiber structure is provided a plurality of kinds of layers each having different weight in the fiber structure, and is laminated so that the higher the weight of the structure is, the lower is the layer where the structure is disposed. |
