PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filter with a steaming function by which a component is extracted only by pouring a required amount of hot water once without considering a hot water amount or a time, etc., for steaming a substance to be extracted in the early stage of extraction when the desired component is extracted by pouring hot water to the object to be extracted. SOLUTION: (1) The filter is integrated by lamination by adhering an inner layer and an outer layer and provided with air-permeable property. The filter with the steaming function consists of an nonwoven cloth with hydrophobic extrafine fibers as the inner layer, where an average filter diameter is 0.1-6 μm, METSUKE (weight unit) is 5-100 g/m2, a thickness is 0.01-1 mm, and water pressure resistance is >=2 kPa, and of a synthetic fiber nonwoven cloth as the outer layer. (2) The filter is provided with a bag shape or a vessel shape with an opening part. When hot water is poured into the bag or vessel shape filter, it takes 5-180 seconds from the passage of hot water through the filter till the start of dripping from it. |
