PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper solid figure preparation system for a character such as an animal, a dinosaur or the like that children can simply prepare as if they are playing a computer game. SOLUTION: A paper solid figure preparation system has a reading means reading image data and sound data of a recording medium in which a variety of character solid figure data and sound data are serially numbered according to categories and recorded, an uncompression means decoding image data and sound data, a display means displaying image data decoded on a display as solid character images with sound effects, an image selection means to select a favorite image from characters displayed on a display screen by an input means, an image printing means printing a development for preparing a solid figure of a character selected, a preparation method teaching means teaching a method for processing images printed into a paper cutout and preparing a paper solid figure as folding paper, a paper solid figure preparation means preparing paper solid figures, referring to the solid figure preparation method.
