PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide effective sporting equipment which enables a user to make curvilinear motion in order to realize the muscular strength of a male and the well-developed bosom of a female without hurting the wrists, etc., in compliance with the natural movement of a human body. SOLUTION: A shaft (4) of a curve complied with the natural movement of the human body is fitted with a grip (1) and the inside of the shaft (4) is provided with springs (2) at plural points in such a manner that the load of the springs or rubber is exerted to the grip.
