In an emergency or during idle periods, pressure in circulating cycle may be maintained below maximum working pressure due to condensation of vaporous refrigerating agent on surface of liquid refrigerating agent contained in heat-insulated container. Starting the plant after idle period is effected by means of control valve which create controllable drop of pressure in heat-insulated container. EFFECT: reduced capital outlays. 10 cl, 4 dwg
