PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To compensate large voltage fluctuation by the sudden fluctuation of the load of a large capacity by inputting the output of a reactive power detection part and changing the set voltage of a set voltage storage part so as to turn the reactive power of a reactive power control circuit to be within a prescribed target range. SOLUTION: The reactive power detection part 16 detects the reactive power of the reactive power control circuit 2 from the output of a voltage detection part 11 and the output of a current detection part 17. The set voltage storage part 12 can store the set voltage and change the set voltage. A voltage fixed control part 13 inputs the output of the voltage detection part 11 and controls a phase control switch means 24 so as to turn the voltage of a power system 4 to the set voltage. A reactive power target range command part 15 sets the prescribed target range of the reactive power output of the reactive power control circuit 2 and outputs it to a control part 14. The control part 14 changes the set voltage of the set voltage storage part 12 so as to turn the reactive power of the reactive power control circuit 2 to be within the prescribed target range set in the reactive power target range command part 15. |
