PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an epoch-making filling in a confectionery and bakery field by facilitating the use while emphasizing the original flavor. SOLUTION: This gel-shaped filling has a composition comprising saccharides, water, and the like, and further containing fruits or a material except the fruits as a main raw material, and 0.2-0.5 wt.% agar and 1.5-2.5 wt.% starches as essential raw materials. |
