PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make the device small-sized by easily and stably deriving an oscillation output signal having a different frequency band by amplifying or multiplying and outputting a fundamental oscillation signal outputted from an oscillation circuit part including a resonance circuit part operating with a frequency control voltage and a frequency band switching voltage. SOLUTION: When the switch voltage supplied from a switch voltage supply terminal VS is lower than a certain voltage, a switch circuit A11 of the oscillation circuit part A is OFF, a fundamental oscillation signal X generates an oscillation frequency f1 based upon a resonance frequency set in the resonance circuit part A1 , and it is multiplied by a signal processing circuit part B to derive an oscillation output of f1 . When the switch voltage is higher than the certain voltage, the switch circuit A11 turns ON, the fundamental oscillation signal X reaches an oscillation frequency f2 (f2 >f1 ) based upon a resonance frequency increased by shortening the electric length of the resonance circuit A1 , and it is amplified by the signal processing circuit part B to derive an oscillation output signal. A resonance circuit A10 is set corresponding to respective oscillation frequencies. |
