PURPOSE: A modulator block for an anti-lock brake system is provided to easily discharge internal air and fill oil through an oil-injection port by installing the oil-injection port on the passage connected with a medium pressure accumulator. CONSTITUTION: A modulator block for an anti-lock brake system includes a hydraulic pump discharging oil returning from a wheel cylinder through re-pressurization, a bypass passage connecting outlet side passage and inlet side passage of the hydraulic pump, and a medium pressure accumulator(35) disposed in the middle of the bypass passage. The modulator block for an anti-lock brake system includes an oil injection port(40) and a reverse flow-preventing valve(50) disposed at the oil injection port. The oil injection port is formed so that the outside of the modulator block and the bypass passage is communicated, to inject oil to the medium pressure accumulator. The reverse flow-preventing valve includes a hollow valve body coupled to the oil injection port, a globe(52) opening and shutting the passage, a support spring(53) elastically supporting the globe unidirectionally, and a supporting member(54) supporting an end of the support spring.
