DIAMOND SAW BLADE USING UNDERCUT PREVENTING TIPS

PURPOSE: A diamond saw blade is provided which is manufactured by adhering undercut preventing tips manufactured by diffusion bonding cobalt based powder with carbide tips at a high temperature onto respective slit grooves of a shank formed on the circumference of the diamond saw blade using laser welding. CONSTITUTION: The diamond saw blade using undercut preventing tips is manufactured by adhering undercut preventing tips(50) manufactured by diffusion bonding cobalt based powder with carbide tips containing tungsten carbide(WC) at a high temperature onto respective slit grooves(12a) of a shank(12) formed on the circumference of the diamond saw blade(10) using laser welding, wherein the cobalt powder formed with the carbide tips comprises 50 wt.% or more of cobalt and metal powders having good welding property including nickel(Ni) and iron(Fe), and the carbide tips containing tungsten carbide that is sintered at a high temperature of 1000 deg.C or more is sintered and interface bonded together with the cobalt powder under the high temperature state of 800 deg.C or more for several minutes so that they are integrated.
