PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of powder-free bonding nonwoven fabric is provided which can be produced by a web forming process and a bonding process without a special adhering-side adding process, reducing a manufacturing time, increasing productivity, reduces production cost, makes it possible to install a manufacturing device on small space, increases adhering force and is useful for a lining of clothes, shoes, bags and industrial forming products. CONSTITUTION: A web forming device is comprised of the first carding machine and the second carding machine. The powder-free bonding nonwoven fabric is obtained by a process containing the steps of: on the first carding machine, opening and blending mixed fiber, followed by laminating the fiber on a conveyor to form web; and then on the second carding machine, opening low melting point fiber, followed by laminating on the upper side of the web to form an adhering side. |
